When should I service my machine?

Most manufacturers advise to have your machine serviced annually, we think that this can be overkill for most home users. We would recommend to have your machine serviced every 2-3 years to maintain full functionality, however we can still fix machines that have been sat dormant in the cupboard for 30 years!

Brother PR Series (Multi Needle Embroidery Machines)

Our team are specialists in servicing Brother PR 6 needles, PR 10 needles, Brother VR and Brother PR1X machines having worked on hundreds over the years. All our team are authorised and certificated by Brother Sewing Machines UK to work on the full Brother PR range. To keep your machine running at optimal performance we advise to have your machine serviced every 500 hours or 2 years, which either comes first.
