*Free Standard shipping on all UK orders over £20.00

Small Order Under £20.00 are charged at £3.49 for Royal Mail 48 Tracked (2-3 working days) and £4.49 for Royal Mail 24 Tracked (1-2 working days).

   
Please note goods will not be dispatched Sunday.


Larger items including Sewing Machines over 5KG will be sent via courier which will be booked within 24 hours of payment being received.

Delivery is usually next day however can take up to 48 hours. 

 

Due to changes and complexity for sending items abroad we have taken the decision to stop all international deliveries temporarily 


Do I sign for my goods if they are damaged? If the goods are damaged, please sign to accept, but note that the goods are damaged, if you sign for the goods in 'Good Condition' you will not be able to process a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

Under the United Kingdoms Distance Selling Regulations, if you have received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us for full credit, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item(s) is in stock condition i.e. as it was when it was delivered to you.

  • You inform us of your desire to cancel within 14 days of receipt of the product(s).

  • You pay the return delivery charges.

  • Goods are returned as soon as possible in order that your credit can be actioned within 30 days.

  • Goods are returned in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging.

Please note that your right to return Products does NOT apply to Products which fall into the following categories unless they are faulty:

  • Goods specially imported for your order.

  • Goods specially manufactured for your order.

  • Goods specially ordered in bulk for your order.

  • Software ordered can be refunded as long as the product has not been unboxed & in original seal. We retain the right to refuse the return of open software.

 

If goods are refused by us, because the above criteria is not met, we will return them to the customer and at the customers expense.

If goods are found to be faulty, damaged in transit or sent in error, we will arrange collection from addresses in United Kingdom mainland and pay the return carriage cost.
